11.   Raise heat to medium-high, and whisk in remaining broth.

12.   Reserve the broth, recombining it with the remaining broth.

13.   Stir this mixture, remaining broth, orange zest and ginger into carrots and onions.

14.   The remaining broths scored within six points of each other.

15.   Then, add another one-half cup broth, continuing to stir-cook, and repeat the process with the remaining broth.

16.   When you have a smooth paste, stir this back into the remaining broth.
