11.   Place remaining bread slices over cheese, then sprinkle rest of cheese on top.

12.   Place the remaining bread on the top of the soup and sprinkle with cheese.

13.   Pour the remaining bread mixture over the chocolate chips.

14.   Repeat twice to use up remaining bread slices and oil.

15.   Serve immediately, passing the remaining bread crumbs on the side.
