11.   In a circular to its shareholders, Tronoh said that the proposed Plutonic disposal will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of the group.

12.   Last July, Ekran announced its proposed disposal of all its shares in WIHB to Datuk Tiong King Sing.

13.   MYCOM Bhd said negotiations are in progress for the proposed disposal of certain assets of the company.
