11.   Quickly moving winter storms across the north Atlantic will produce periods of moderate northerly swell action through the weekend.

12.   Showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to move across our islands throughout the afternoon and tonight and will produce periods of heavy rain.

13.   Some of the showers and thunderstorms will produce brief periods of heavy rain ... Especially across the interior and western sections of Puerto Rico this afternoon.

14.   Some of these showers moved onshore over east Puerto Rico and produced periods of heavy rain.

15.   Some of this activity produced brief periods of heavy rainfall and choppy seas, especially across the waters and coastlines from Arecibo to Aguadilla.

16.   These thunderstorms could produce periods of very heavy rain and strong gusty winds.

17.   This front is not forecast to reach our local area but may come close enough Wednesday or Thursday to produce another period of increased showers across our islands.

18.   This system will produce periods of heavy rains and strong gusty winds across most of the region through Saturday evening.

19.   I hope I can build on that and just produce a period of over four or five weeks with good results.

20.   The market is hopeful that this clear-cut victory of the centre-left coalition will produce a period of political stability.
