11.   The project, which is the first privatisation project undertaken under the jurisdiction of the Subang Jaya Municipal Council, is being undertaken by Kumpulan A Besik Sdn Bhd.

12.   The target of the renegotiation is to improve the long term financial viability of the privatisation project.

13.   Potential targets include venture companies, real estate, privatisation projects and infrastructure projects, it added.
