12.   Elsewhere, a robust low pressure center will crawl across Minnesota on Tuesday generating plenty of clouds and clusters of showers and thunderstorms across the upper Mississippi Valley.

13.   Gentler breezes will occur close to the low pressure center across New England.

14.   However, most of the rain will be light, converging winds near a low pressure center will cause some heavier rain over southeastern Virginia and eastern North Carolina.

15.   Intermittent snow will taper to a few flurries across the northern and central Great Lakes as a low pressure center moves quickly toward upstate New York.

16.   Late Thursday, rain will spread from northern Oklahoma to the central Mississippi Valley as a low pressure center develops along the front.

17.   Locally heavy rain will fall near the track of a low pressure center as it moves from the lower Ohio Valley early Monday to southern New England Monday night.

18.   Morning sun across the northern Middle Atlantic States will fade behind a thickening veil of clouds, heralding the approach of a low pressure center crossing the Southeast.

19.   On Saturday night, the low pressure center will strengthen off the Maine coast, bringing additional heavy snow to interior New England.

20.   Periods of snow will occur in the Great Lakes States as a low pressure center moves toward southern Michigan.
