Place half of the polenta squares in a layer on the bottom of the prepared dish. 16. Place, seam side down, in prepared baking dish and pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top. 17. Place equal portions of the mixture in the prepared souffle dishes. 18. Pour into prepared dish, and cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap. 19.
