11.   Iraqi President Saddam Hussein whose country was stripped of a potential to build nuclear weapons said Tuesday that India and Pakistan have the right to possess nuclear bombs.

12.   Islamabad admits it has the capability of building atomic weapons, but denies it possesses the bomb.

13.   Police so far have detained two men, identified as Agus Priono and Rahmat Basuki, for illegally making and possessing the bomb.

14.   She pleaded guilty to possessing bombs with intent to murder police officers - not attempting to murder police officers.

15.   There is open speculation that Israel possesses the bomb.

16.   However, Rao has said India does not at present possess the bomb but can quickly prepare one if needed.

17.   India has the technology to make nuclear weapons but does not officially possess the bomb.
