11.   Portion the vegetables into airtight plastic freezer bags, remove all air and freeze.

18.   When frozen, place in plastic freezer bags for up to a year.

19.   When frozen, place in plastic freezer bags, seal and freeze.

20.   When tarts are cool, put into plastic freezer bags.
