11.   Place fish on top of vegetables, skin side down.

12.   Place the fish in a pan large enough to hold the fillets in a single layer.

13.   Place the fish on top of the salt, and pour the remaining salt over the fish to completely cover it from head to tail.

14.   Place the fish over the center and put the mushroom mixture over the fish.

17.   Place one fish on bed of fennel, and top with about three more branches with fronds.

18.   Place the fish in a single layer on the vegetables.

19.   Place the fish with its marinade on top of the peppers and arrange the sliced tomatoes around the fish.

20.   Place fish on fennel on grill, sprinkle with lemon juice, and brush generously with butter.
