11.   Place cooled cake on wire rack over baking sheet.

12.   Place second cake, rounded side up, on top of first cake.

13.   Place entire cake in a large basket and surround with fresh, clean, unsprayed grass.

14.   Place one cake on platter.

15.   Place cake on a serving plate.

16.   Remove pan sides and place cake on platter.

17.   Working in batches if necessary, place the cakes in the skillet and pan-fry them until they are golden on each side.

18.   You can place the cakes in the oven to keep warm.

19.   Place the cake back in the pan and sprinkle over the fruit juice.

20.   Place warm cake on a serving plate.
