11. Peanut butter and fresh pineapple slices. 12. Place a cherry in the center of each pineapple slice. 13. Place a scoop of the lime sorbet in the center of the pineapple slices on each plate, and serve immediately. 14. Pour slightly more than half of the batter over the pineapple slices in the bottom of the pan. 15. Rub both sides of the pineapple slices with the peppercorns. 16. Season both sides of pineapple slices with peppercorns. 17. Serve each pineapple slice with a scoop of ice cream and some of glaze drizzled over top. 18. Serve warm, garnished with the reserved macadamia nuts and pineapple slices. 19. Sprinkle on brown sugar and lay pineapple slices in pan. 20. Toward the end of the cooking time, throw some pineapple slices on the grill and brush them with the marinade, too. |
