15.   Clouds and patchy rain will occur Wednesday from the southern Appalachians to the Carolina coast as weak disturbances travel along a wavering front near the Atlantic Seaboard.

16.   Clouds and patchy rain will prevail from the central Appalachians to the Middle Atlantic Coast.

17.   Clouds and patchy rain will reach as far to the north and west as the central Hudson River Valley and the eastern Susquehanna Valley in Pennsylvania.
