11.   The offending article in the El Telegraph was written by Charles Ayoub, publisher and editor-in-chief of the Lebanon-based publication Al-Diar.

12.   The offending article was a profile of Azfar.

13.   The newspaper, minus the offending Project Hope article, came out Thursday.

14.   In past cases reasons given for revoking licences have been very vague, often failing to name specific offending articles.

15.   Any publishing, distribution or retail outlet involved in trading illicit publications will be closed down immediately and all offending articles confiscated and burned.

16.   Bungei Shunju Co. said it would recall the February issue of Marco Polo, which carried the offending article, and then discontinue the publication.
