11.   Still Armenia, perceiving another crucial test of national will, seems ready to cope rather than compromise.

12.   There has still been no real assessment of the national will.

13.   To my mind, this represents a failure of national will, one for which Israelis will pay an awful price.

14.   Political debate at this point will only serve to promote dissension that could be construed as a lack of national will.
