11.   In Northern California, there are municipal utilities in Alameda, Palo Alto, Redding, Sacramento and Santa Clara.

12.   In January, it signed an agreement with the Northern California Power Agency, a coalition of municipal utilities, including Alameda, Palo Alto, and Santa Clara.

13.   In the Bay Area, the cities of Alameda, Palo Alto and Santa Clara are served by municipal utilities.
