11.   Four Indian soldiers and eight Moslem separatist guerrillas were killed overnight in a firece gunbattle near this Kashmir summer capital, police said Monday.

13.   He appealed to the Moslem guerrilla groups battling the Indian security forces to lay down their weapons and take part in the polls.
