11.   Australian Development Minister Gordon Bilney announced Saturday that too much of his foreign aid budget was sent to Africa and that more should go to Asia.

12.   Eleven other injured people were rushed to Sant Joan de Reus hospital, while six more went to Juan XXIII hospital, also in Reus.
