11.   If the mixture seems a little dry, add a bit of water or tomato juice.

12.   If the mixture seems dry, add a little of the reserved cooking water.

13.   If mixture seems very dry, add more water and continue to blend.

14.   If the mixture seems dry, add more water.

15.   Mix well and, if the mixture seems too moist, add matzoh meal until it holds together.

16.   Process until smooth, stopping several times to scrape down sides of work bowl and adding more cooking liquid if mixture seems too thick.

17.   Remove and reserve a little cooking water, then drain pasta and toss it with arugula and cheese mixture, adding a bit of water if mixture seems dry.

18.   Taste and add more honey if the mixture seems too tart, or a little more vinegar if it is too sweet.

19.   Toss it in the skillet with the squash, adding the reserved cooking water if the mixture seems dry.

20.   Initially, the new mixture seemed to work.
