11. Mix cornstarch and water in a medium sized mixing bowl. 12. Mix together yogurt and walnut oil in a medium-sized mixing bowl. 13. Place both the flours in a mixing bowl. 14. Place couscous in a mixing bowl and pour boiling stock over it. 15. Place the flour, sesame seeds and salt in a large mixing bowl. 16. Place the three whole eggs and two yolks in a large mixing bowl with the sugar. 17. Put it into a large mixing bowl and add, in this order, the milk, the honey, the melted butter, and the salt. 18. Put the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. 19. Remove from heat and transfer to a small mixing bowl. 20. Sift the strong plain flour into a warm mixing bowl. |
