11. Insert a thin metal spatula between the salmon meat and the skin. 12. Loosen from baking sheets with a metal spatula, but leave in place to cool to at least lukewarm. 13. Or remove immediately from oven and use a metal spatula to remove from foil, then cool on a wire rack. 14. Or, use a small metal spatula dipped in warm water. 15. Place a slotted metal spatula in the oil to warm. 16. Remove bars from pan with a metal spatula and serve. 17. Remove with metal spatula and cool on wire racks. 18.
