11.   The agreements will cover projects ranging from construction of a township near New Delhi to aquaculture, cooperation in warehousing and setting up of a liquified petroleum gas facility.

12.   The complex will convert long residue feedstock into lighter and higher value-added products such as petrol, liquified petroleum gas, diesel and propylene.

13.   The government currently fixes price of petroleum products such as kerosene, liquified petroleum gas, petrol and diesel in India -- four highly politically sensitive items.
