17.   Sunny and very warm conditions are likely across the West with high pressure settled over Utah.

18.   Strong thunderstorms are most likely across Louisiana and western parts of Kentucky and Tennessee.

19.   The heaviest storms are likely across the upper Middle West, as moist air is lifted by a vigorous jet stream disturbance.
