11.   Where the proprietor of the legal estate has died, the sellers will be the personal representatives of the estate.

12.   Although the point is undecided the nature of information would seem to conflict with the existence of any legal estate.

13.   Equity only protects the bona fide purchaser for value of a legal estate and so the rule should be of no application.

14.   Whilst the conveyance will vest the legal estate in the wife, there should be an assignment by the husband to the wife of his equitable interest as well.

15.   It is not likely that the mortgagee will release the wife as one of the owners of the legal estate from liability under the mortgage.

16.   Notice should be given if the trustees of the legal estate are persons other than the husband or wife.
