Asked her views on the case, the juror said she had none and did not talk to anyone about it. 13. At least one juror has said she was surprised that prosecutors did not cross-examine Fyfe. 14. At least one juror said later that the uncertainty about where the death had occurred had been a factor in his decision to acquit Kevorkian. 15. At the conclusion of the trial, jurors said they believed the police tried to entrap Fleiss, especially in regard to the cocaine charge. 16. At the first trial, some jurors said they could not believe McNamara. 17. At the same time, several jurors said, the panel was not as cohesive as its one ousted member led some people to believe. 18.
