11.   The vessels have no obligation to inform the ministry when they are leaving.

12.   The Albanians charged that the Greeks had fired the first shots, according to the ministry statement which said the Albanian foreign ministry had been informed of the incident.

13.   The Chinese embassy made an official complaint to the French police and the French foreign ministry was informed of the incident.
