11.   President Bush has opened the way for Mexicans to invest in American-based trucking companies hauling international cargo and in bus companies operating in the United States.

12.   The cargo was being hauled from an Army munitions plant at McAlester, Okla., to Fort Irwin, Calif., a training base northeast of Barstow.

13.   The train, which was also hauling cargo, was en route from Ressano Garcia, on the border with South Africa, to Maputo, Lusa reported.
