11. In a large bowl, beat together eggs and granulated sugar until light. 12. In a mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, vanilla and salt together until well blended. 13. In another bowl, beat together butter and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. 14. In saucepan, mix granulated sugar with cornstarch. 15. Mix in oats and granulated sugar. 16. Simply whisk whole eggs and granulated sugar into chocolate mixture and continue as directed. 17. Sprinkle granulated sugar over lemon with spoon, holding the fruit over bowl to catch granules that do not adhere. 18. We prepared several ramekins of creme brulee, topping them with either beet or cane granulated sugar. 19. Whisk together the eggs, milk, half-and-half, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg, and pour the custard mixture evenly over the bread. |
