11.   The radio said senior Israeli military officials met PLO representatives Wednesday at the Erez crossing into Gaza and agreed the four would leave.

12.   Rabin sealed the border and refused to allow senior PLO officials to enter until the four left.

13.   The Iranian foreign ministry said Wednesday the four had left Argentina between nine months and six years ago and they could not have been involved in the attack.
