11.   The United Nations announced Tuesday it is suspending all its activities in Mogadishu with immediate effect, following the kidnapping of a UN official in the Somalian capital.

12.   Pastors Tedhis Mikhailian and Mehdi Dibaj were both discovered dead, following the kidnapping and murder of a third pastor Haik Hovsepian in January.

13.   Palestinians want a speedy resumption of autonomy talks with Israel which were suspended Tuesday following the kidnapping of an Israeli soldier, PLO negotiators said here.
