11.   Fold edges over to seal in rice and make neat bundles.

12.   Fold the edges over toward the fruit, overlapping as you go.

13.   If using a pie plate or a tart pan with high edges, trim just below the edge and fold the edges under in the same manner.

14.   Lift the edge of the bottom crust and fold the edge of the top crust underneath, pressing the two together to seal.

15.   Pinch edges together and fold bottom edge over top, crimping to seal well.

16.   Pinch the edges together and fold bottom edge over top, crimping to seal well.

17.   Stretch a piece of fabric over each piece of card stock, fold the edges over the back and tape into place.

18.   Brush the edges of the square with some of the beaten egg, then break an egg into the well and fold the edges over to form a triangle.
