11.   Such guidelines would include better information and training for journalists travelling to crisis areas, along with pressure put on employers to provide better insurance and social security cover.

12.   The conference also urged international agencies to listen to the communities within the crisis areas, identify and raise awareness of potential conflicts before they become acute.
