11.   Orange County has filed lawsuits against seven other advisors, brokerages and law firms the county says contributed to its bankruptcy.

12.   Other counties also said the only proof of residence they need is a signed registration card on file.

13.   The county said it cannot discuss details of the case because of confidentiality policies.

14.   The county says all of the securities will eventually be worth par value.

15.   The county says it has no money to repay those bondholders and, in their eyes, is doing little to change that.

16.   The county says it wants to strike an economic balance with environmental concerns, but notes that it desperately needs the money from the water sales to stay afloat.

17.   The county said the loss was largely a result of purchases of the highly volatile investments known as derivatives.

18.   The county has not said when it expects the park to reopen.

19.   But officials from Union, Middlesex and Passaic counties said they would welcome the wiseguys, including James Gandolfini who plays mob family patriarch Tony Soprano.

20.   Several other counties said they had no overseas ballots that fell under the court ruling.
