11.   Bake until the crust is crisp, the cheese melting and the scallops cooked through.

12.   -- Chicken Dijon -- Saute boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a skillet on high heat on both sides until cooked through.

13.   -- Shrimp pesto -- Saute shrimp in a skillet with a little butter until cooked through.

14.   Add chicken and vegetables to pan and cook, stirring, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

15.   Add the chicken and saute over medium-high heat until golden on each side but not completely cooked through.

16.   Add the chicken breasts and cook, turning once, until browned on both sides and cooked through,

17.   Add the meatballs, cover and simmer until they are just cooked through.

18.   Add the sausage and saute until cooked through, crumbling into bite-size pieces as it cooks.

19.   Add the shrimp to the cooking liquid and simmer until just cooked through.

20.   Add green beans, salt and pepper and saute until cooked through.
