11.   To ensure effective political-military coordination, he said, the force will establish a committee of troop contributing countries, with the lead nation in the chair.

12.   But the UN secretary general said he was trying to persuade contributing countries, in particular France, not to pull out.

13.   The other troop contributing countries are Turkey, Austria, Romania and Denmark.

14.   London will host this week a meeting of over a dozen contributing countries to fix the number and type of troops each will deploy.
