11.   Surviving priests or the relatives of dead priests will be able to recover their confiscated goods, according to the draft decree, he said.

12.   The confiscated goods, which officials said were manufactured in China, Thailand and South Korea, among other countries, will be burned.

13.   The confiscated goods will be destroyed.
