11.   Remove cookies from oven and sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar.

12.   Sprinkle the top of the apples with cinnamon sugar.

13.   Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

14.   While they are still warm, dip them, one at a time, in the cinnamon sugar, turning gently to coat all over.
