11.   Add the blended sauce and the cinnamon stick.

12.   Add the water, vinegar, sugar, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, juniper berries and pepper.

13.   Add a cinnamon stick to each glass and dust the top of each with a bit of nutmeg.

14.   Add vanilla bean and seeds and cinnamon stick.

15.   Add vinegar, tamarind, star anise, cinnamon stick and orange peel.

16.   Add cloves, cinnamon sticks and orange peel into the basket, and perk.

17.   Add red wine, orange juice, cinnamon stick, ginger and salt and pepper.

18.   Add star anise, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cloves and sugar to stock.

19.   Add the beets, onion, garlic, Scotch Bonnet, cloves, bay leaves, coriander seeds and cinnamon stick.

20.   Add the wine, water, stock or broth and cinnamon stick.
