11.   Iraq said Saturday that it would bar monitors from inspections but would allow cameras and chemical sensors at possible arms sites to continue operating.

12.   Monitors have also not been able to maintain chemical sensors that sample air outside factories that could be used to make poison gas.

13.   Now they are trying to recreate the process electronically using chemical sensors and computer technology.
