11. Brush one side of each slice with olive oil. 12. Brush sides of salmon fillets without skin with olive oil and arrange thin potatoes slices on top, overlapping, to cover fillet completely. 13. Brush both sides of bread with olive oil. 14. Brush both sides with oil mixture. 15. Broil only brushed side until lightly browned. 16. Brush both sides of the fish pieces with the mixture, reserving the rest. 17. Brush both sides of trout with butter, or spray with oil. 18. Brush one side of each slice with the garlic oil. 19. Brush top side with milk, into which the sugar has been stirred. 20. Liberally brush both sides of the bread with olive oil. |
