11.   Turn once and brown other side, then remove from pan.

12.   Turn to brown both sides.

13.   Turn and brown remaining side, remove to paper towels.

14.   Turn pieces and brown other side.

15.   Turn and brown other side.

16.   Turn the bubble over, add the last of the drippings or lard and fry until the other side is browned.

17.   Turn to brown other side.

18.   When each pancake is set around edges and browned underneath, flip it to brown other side.

19.   When one side is golden brown, turn to brown other side.

20.   When that side has been well browned, turn the pieces and do the other side.
