11.   Human Rights Watch says Bahrain reportedly employed foreign computer experts to screen Internet users who attempt to open blocked political sites.

12.   Officials would not comment Thursday on a report by the Information Center that police were installing software to prevent Chinese computers users from reaching blocked overseas sites via proxies.

13.   Only one filtering company will release its list of blocked sites so parents and teachers can review them.

14.   The blocked sites, including those owned by a lawyer and a home inspection company, had no obvious triggers such as racy language, pictures or double-entendres.
