11.   Pilecon has announced the resignations of Chong Kium as director, Datin Mahyon Idros as director and audit committee member and Hong Lee Pee as executive chairman and director.

12.   Meanwhile, Datuk Shamsir Omar and Tan Lam Fatt have resigned as audit committee members.

13.   Mr Cheam Heng Cheang, an executive director, has been appointed a member of the audit committee member.

14.   Present audit committee member Encik Mohd Razali Jaafer has also resigned.

15.   Shahrir, Rithauddin and Wong were appointed audit committee members.

16.   The company also said Mr Teo Sung Ngiap has resigned on the same date as an audit committee member.

17.   The company has appointed Lim Boon Soon as non-executive audit committee member.
