Right now the Atlantic sub-tropical high pressure system is in firm control of the weather over the eastern Caribbean. 13. The Atlantic high pressure although a little farther south continues to be the dominant and controlling weather feature for the eastern and southern Caribbean today. 14. The Atlantic high pressure has retreated to the east and has weakened. 15. The Atlantic high pressure system dominates the weather picture this morning. 16. The Atlantic high pressure system retains a strong control on the weather for the Caribbean, but it is moving farther to the north. 17. The Atlantic high pressure system will continue to dominate the weather across the region this afternoon. 18. The Atlantic high pressure system has resumed control of the weather across the eastern Caribbean on its western fringe. 19. The Atlantic high pressure system will continue to produce light to moderate southeast winds across the region. 20.
