A cool, steady rain associated with the low pressure system will spread from northern Georgia on Monday morning to southern Virginia by afternoon. 98. A broad area of clouds and showers will accompany low pressure as it moves slowly northeast from the southern Appalachians on Monday. 99. A broken area of showers will surround a slow-moving low pressure area off the Middle Atlantic Coast. 100.
