91.   Remove tart from freezer and pour chocolate mixture into tart shell.

93.   Scrape in chocolate mixture and, on low speed, beat just until combined.

96.   Scoop out a heaping teaspoonful of the chocolate mixture and roll it into a ball between your palms.

97.   Simply whisk whole eggs and granulated sugar into chocolate mixture and continue as directed.

98.   Slowly add to chocolate mixture, stirring until blended.

99.   Slowly pour half the chocolate mixture over the bread, making sure all bread is thoroughly soaked.

100.   Spoon remaining chocolate mixture over bread until completely covered and all cracks are filled.
