1.   Despite some public opinion polls and Supreme Court Decisions to the contrary, voters have repeatedly rejected liberalization of abortion laws.

2.   Just two years ago, voters rejected similar bond issues.

3.   Voters overwhelmingly rejected the Far Right in the May elections.

4.   Voters narrowly rejected this scheme, which would have devolved responsibility to the communal level of authority, and cut down on the amount of incineration.

5.   Although the charter limits mayors to two terms, the voters rejected the last two incumbents after one term.

6.   And Colorado voters have consistently rejected measures to address traffic problems.

7.   And in San Francisco, voters have repeatedly rejected using tax dollars to finance a new stadium for the Giants.

8.   And while Miami voters recently rejected a referendum to abolish the city altogether, a state-appointed oversight board must now approve all its fiscal decisions.

9.   And those will be budgets that voters can reject.

10.   And voters rejected a tax increase that would have allowed the district to cluster schools for greater racial balance.
