1. Put the potato mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. 2. These are made with the star nozzles, but are slightly elongated when piped. 3. Place a little icing in a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe a decorative border around each foil mirror. 4. Place a little royal icing in a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe along the joins of the triangles to secure them. 5. Place the remaining royal icing in the piping bag and fit with a small star nozzle. 6. Fill a piping syringe fitted with a star nozzle and pipe into rosettes onto prepared trays. 7. Fill cookie press fitted with a star nozzle, and pipe rosettes into paper cases. 8. Spoon batter mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. |
