1.   Jack took pellets in the right lung, liver, and back, and his left arm was again badly fractured.

2.   An ambulance was summoned and Perry was transported to Pullman Memorial Hospital, where doctors discovered the blow had fractured four ribs and partially collapsed his right lung.
