1. Blend or process until all ingredients are fairly well-chopped. 2. Blend or process until mango is pureed. 3. Add chocolate, Chambord and corn syrup and process until mixture sticks together. 4. Add feta and process until blended but still a little lumpy. 5. Add the onion mixture followed by the egg and flour and process until all is blended, with some chunky texture remaining. 6. Add mayonnaise, olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic powder, seasoned salt and garlic pepper and process until smooth and mousse-like. 7. Add oil in a drizzle with blades running, and blend or process until mixture emulsifies. 8. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed and process until smooth. 9. Add all remaining ingredients and process until smooth. 10. Add the coriander, lemon juice, mayonnaise and yogurt, and process until the greens are well blended and the mayonnaise is a bright green. |
